72-Unit Apartment Community
Wiseman Commercial, Inc. is developing Aurora at Green Valley, a 72-unit apartment community located in the Green Valley submarket of Fairfield, California. Aurora will be constructed on a 2.75-acre parcel located at 5000 Wiseman Way, adjacent to the County Library.
1 . About The Project
Aurora will be comprised of three identical residential buildings, each three stories in height and containing a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences. The Sunrise Center, an onsite clubhouse, will provide a social gathering place with amenities for residents and a venue for marketing and leasing activities. The Sunrise Center will also host a commercial coffee/bakery providing treats to residents, visitors and office employees working in the Green Valley Office Park.
2 . Updates
- We reduced the unit count to 72, added more parking, moved the northerly residential building further away from the small children’s play area in Nelda Mundy and added more amenities including an exercise loop.
We also added a sidewalk on the eastern border providing a safe path of travel for Nelda Mundy students dropped off by their parents in the library parking lot.
We expect Aurora to be under construction this year with its first units ready for occupancy in early 2025.
We have also added space in the clubhouse for a coffee and bakery vendor to operate, which will be a great amenity for residents, occupants of the surrounding office buildings and visitors.

The Aurora at Green Valley Apartment development will be considered for approval by the Fairfield City Planning Commission on September 27th, 2023 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held at City Hall in Council Chambers located at 1000 Webster Street.
